These terms apply when you create a Snapcull account or use the Snapcull app and website. By using Snapcull you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Snapcull.
Your account
You need an account to use Snapcull. Give accurate details, keep your password safe, and tell us at snapcullai@gmail.com if you think someone else is using your account. You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Your licence to use Snapcull
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Snapcull for your photography work, in line with your plan. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or share the app or your account, or try to get around plan limits or security.
Your photos and content
Your photos and everything you create stay yours. Snapcull works on them on your own computer and does not claim any rights to them. You are responsible for having the right to work with and share the photos you use, including permission from your clients and the people in them, and for keeping your own backups.
Client galleries
Galleries are published to your own Netlify account under Netlify's terms, and anyone with a gallery link can see its photos. Share links only with the right people and take galleries offline when you no longer need them.
Plans and payments
Snapcull may offer free and paid plans. The price, features and billing period of a paid plan are shown before you pay. Paid plans renew until cancelled, unless stated otherwise. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Taxes may apply. Refunds are handled as described at the time of purchase or as required by law.
Acceptable use
Don't use Snapcull to break the law, to share content you don't have the right to share, to harass anyone, or to harm Snapcull or other users.
AI features
Auto Select, scoring and automatic retouching are tools to help you. They can make mistakes; please review the results before delivering to your clients.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Snapcull running well, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may update, change or stop features. Most of Snapcull works offline; signing in and plan checks need an internet connection from time to time.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Snapcull is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost photos, data, income or business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Snapcull in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending your account
You can stop using Snapcull and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Your photos on your computer are not affected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app or by email. Continuing to use Snapcull after that means you accept the updated terms.
